Former barn, converted to two cottages in C19 and to one house in C20. Mid C17. Red English garden wall bond and timber frame with rendered infill and slate roof. 2 storeys. Entrance front: 4 bays divided by timber posts. C18 replacement brick infill to first, fourth and fifth bays from left with close-studding and angle braces to second and third bays. C20 porch to left of centre. 3-light C20 casement windows to left and 3 similar windows to right of porch at ground floor level. 5 similar windows to first floor. C19 outshut to left hand gable end. Rear elevation: 5 bays of small framing on stone and brick plinth with rendered brick infill containing variations of 2 x 2 and 3 x 2 cells of small framing. Rendered herringbone infill to 2 x 2 cells at far left. Angle braces to 5th, 6th and 11th upper cells. Interior: Chamfered beams, close studding to roof trusses.
