Description

The Pinfold is a rectangular sheep enclosure dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features walls approximately 3 feet 6 inches high. The stone is large and coursed, with broad chisel marks visible. The enclosure has chamfered coping stones and an entrance located to the right of center on the eastern side.
