Description

Gore Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red English garden wall bond brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys with an attic and presents a symmetrical entrance front with three bays. The central doorway is topped with a three-pane fanlight, and there are cambered headed three-light casement windows on either side. The first floor mirrors this arrangement with similar windows on the left and right, and a two-light window in the centre, all of which have stone sills. At the rear, there is a 19th-century service wing.
