Description

Beech Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond and has a pantiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and features three bays, with a rear wing. There is a plinth at the base. The central entrance has a 20th-century glazed door with glazing bars and an overlight, and it is flanked on both sides by 16-pane sash windows with sills, all of which are set under segmental brick arches. On the first floor, there are three 16-pane sash windows, a stepped brick eaves cornice, end stacks, and plain close verges.
