Farmhouse. C18. Whitewashed English garden wall bond brick. Stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2-cell with wing to rear. Entrance front of 3 bays to ground floor. Brick plinth continuing around the building. Band between floors of 3 rows of bricks. Door at right hand side with splayed head and extending to left showing extent of former wider door. 2 C19 cambered and splayed head windows to left with 3-light casements. 2 3-light casement windows to first floor with lintels of headers. Wing to rear extended in C19. Interior: Ovolo-moulded end-stopped beams to ground floor room ceilings. Small framing and wattle and daub to stair well. Roof trusses of tie beams with Queen posts and arch braces rising to collars.
