This is a house built in the late 18th century, located to the left of the Bird in Hand public house in Mobberley. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern and features a stone slate roof. The building has a two-storey, three-bay front. The doorway is positioned to the left of the center, flanked by two-light slate casement windows that have splayed heads and stone cills. The first floor also has similar windows, but these are topped with flat lintels.
