Description
This barn, located approximately 30 metres northwest of Higher Crow Trees, likely dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with quoins and features a stone slate roof. The barn consists of three bays. The central bay has a wagon entrance with a canopy and cheeks, along with a wooden lintel above the entrance and a similar lintel above the inner double doors. The first bay on the left has a doorway with a chamfered surround and a low oblong window. The third bay includes two breathers, and the right gable also has a breather. To the right, at a lower level, there is another barn located about 50 metres south of Lower Crow Trees, and to the left end, there is a stable that is not included in this listing.
