Description

The Corner Tower is a Grade I listed internal turret of the Town Wall in Newcastle upon Tyne, dating back to the medieval period. It is constructed from large blocks of coursed and squared sandstone. The tower features two turrets positioned at right angles, which indicate a change in the direction of the wall to incorporate Pandon, along with a buttress on the south side.
