Description
No. 33 Broad Chare is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof with a rendered chimney. The central entrance has a painted stone architrave surrounding a 9-panel door and an overlight. The windows have wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills, with the sashes featuring glazing bars; the windows are wider in the first bay. The building has an eaves band and a cyma-moulded gutter cornice. There is a brick chimney at the left end and a rendered chimney on the right.
