Description
Nos. 12 to 16 Grey Street is a late 19th century or early 20th century terracotta building. It stands four storeys tall and features four bays, with the central bays projecting to create a second and third-floor oriel. The building has large windows, and each floor is adorned with an enriched entablature that is supported by stepped-out corner pilasters, banded and fluted bay pilasters, and slender engaged columns framing the upper windows. The top entablature includes an ornamental frieze and a balustraded parapet. The first floor has a balustraded balcony, while the ground floor is slightly obscured by a signboard.
