Description
Nos. 20 to 27 Abercromby Square is a terrace built around 1830. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring 25 bays. The first two bays and the 15th to 19th bays project forward. There is a lintel band at the basement level, sill bands, a top frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash style, with most featuring glazing bars. The entrances in the 3rd and 4th bays are flanked by angle pilasters and have entablatures, while the entrance in the 17th bay has a Doric porch, with each entrance featuring a six-panel door. There are plain iron balconies on the first floor for the 3rd to 14th, 15th to 19th, and 20th to 25th bays, along with plain iron area railings.
