Description

28 and 30 Bailiffgate are early 19th-century buildings located on the north side of Bailiffgate. They are two storeys high and feature three windows with ashlar fronts. No 30 is an extension to the north of No 28, both facing west. The buildings have a slate roof with a rendered chimney. No 28 has late glazed sash windows, while No 30 has glazing bar sashes. The entrance to No 28 is a central four-panel door.
