Description
17 and 19 Bailiffgate is an 18th-century building featuring two storeys and two windows for each unit. Constructed of ashlar, it has a slate roof that extends across to No 21. There is one rendered ridge chimney. The windows are glazing bar sash style. To the left of No 17, there is a large through-passage door. No 17 has a six-panel flush door with a rectangular light above it, while No 19 features an open stone pediment supported by fluted pilasters and a ledged door that lacks a door-knocker.
