Description
This is a two-storey building on the south side of Bailiffgate, built slightly after numbers 17 and 19. It has an ashlar facade and a slate roof that continues the pattern of the adjoining buildings, with a raised verge on the right-hand side. Two ridge chimneys are present. The building features sash windows; three have original glazing bars, while the other three have been replaced with later glazing. A central doorway is accessed by steps and protected by railings. A postbox with a Victorian Royal crest is set into the wall.
