Description
This outbuilding, likely a barn, dates from the 18th century and is located 20 metres west of Fallowfield House. It is constructed of rubble with cut quoins and dressings, topped with a stone slate roof. The east elevation, facing the yard, is two storeys high and features four bays. The ground floor includes a boarded door set in an alternating-block surround with a narrow chamfer, along with slit vents. The first-floor windows have diagonal slatting and are adorned with tooled lintels and sills. The right side of the building displays a stable door and an external stone stair leading to another boarded door in an alternating-block surround. The rear elevation mirrors the front. There is a lower building to the south, now used as a garage, which is not of interest.
