Description

This is a milepost located a quarter mile west of Kyloe, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is made of cast iron and features an oval tablet with two oval facets mounted on a short post. One face is inscribed with "BEL" (Belford) and "6 MILES," while the opposite side reads "COR" (Cornhill). The top of the milepost indicates "FORD 13 6 MILES."
