Description

Kyloe Cottage is an 18th-century house constructed from random rubble with a pantiled roof and rebuilt brick chimneys. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central door is blocked and now covered by a 20th-century greenhouse. Above this, there is a round-headed window featuring an 8-pane sash with radial glazing bars, while the other windows are 12-pane sashes. The roof is steeply pitched with thin raised coping and end stacks, and the rear pitch is longer. On the left return, there are two windows that have 19th-century hoodmoulds. A 20th-century addition to the rear is not of special interest. The interior has not been seen.
