Description

This building is a byre and granary located about 30 yards north-west of the Old Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of random rubble and features a pantiled roof. The structure is single-storey on the right side and becomes two-storey on the left due to the slope of the land.

The building has irregular openings, which include four stable doors and slatted granary windows. It is topped with a steeply-pitched, gabled roof that has thin raised coping and reverse-stepped gables.
