WALLINGTON DEMESNE MIDDLETON NZ 08 NE 9/196 Western cottage adjacent to manse GV II Cottage, one of a pair, probably early C19, remodelled c.1877. Squared stone with dressings and raised quoins; slate roof. 1 storey, 3 bays, symmetrical. Central boarded door flanked by late C19 sash windows with slightly projecting sills. Coped gable with moulded kneelers to right, central stack. Listed for group value.
