Description

Western Cottage, located adjacent to the manse, is a cottage that is likely from the early 19th century and was remodeled around 1877. It is constructed of squared stone with decorative dressings and raised quoins, topped with a slate roof. The cottage is one storey high and consists of three bays arranged symmetrically. The central entrance features a boarded door, which is flanked by late 19th-century sash windows that have slightly projecting sills. The gable is coped and includes moulded kneelers on the right side, along with a central chimney stack. This building is listed for its group value.
