Description

This limekiln, located approximately half a mile north of Warenton Farm, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a semicircular front with three large segmental-arched openings that decrease in size towards the center, leading to smaller round-headed drawing eyes. Behind these openings is a stone-lined pot.
