Description

Manor Farmhouse, along with an adjoining cottage and outhouse, is an early 19th-century building that has been converted into a single dwelling. The structure features roughcast over rubble and is topped with a mid-20th-century concrete tile roof. It has brick stacks at the ends, stone gable copings, and kneelers. The building is two storeys high with two symmetrical windows. The central doorway is framed by a narrow timber pilaster-and-entablature surround and features a door with two long panels and an overlight with glazing bars. The sash windows, also with glazing bars, have painted stone sills and lintels, and there is a dentilled brick eaves cornice. At the rear, there is a slightly later pent extension that creates a cat-slide roof with the main structure. The lower, two-storey cottage attached to the left gable has a door with three long panels to the right and one sash window with a painted stone sill on each floor to the left. There is a single-storey outhouse attached to the left gable of the cottage, which has a boarded door. Extensions to the right gable of the farmhouse are not of interest.
