Description

This is a terrace of twenty-four houses, built in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of English garden wall bond brick with ashlar dressings, and have a Welsh slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and two bays wide. The front doors are set within elliptical-headed brick surrounds, with panelled architraves, and are topped by shallow fanlights; most of the fanlights have patterned glazing. The sash windows, many of which have been replaced, are set within flat brick arches, and have projecting stone sills. Windows in numbers 20 and 26 are 20th-century replacements. The doors of numbers 21 and 27 are boarded, and have been renewed.
