Description

Number 29 Old Elvet is a house from the early to mid-19th century. It features incised stucco with a plinth and has a Welsh slate roof with a brick stack. The building stands three storeys high and has one bay. On the right side, there is a six-panel door set in an architrave, topped with a radial fanlight and an open pediment. The ground floor has an early 20th-century tripartite sash window in an architrave, while the upper windows are 12-pane sashes with thinly-chamfered reveals. The left end stack has been truncated.
