Description
This is a late 18th-century house and cottage, altered in the 20th century. The front is pebbledash on a plinth, with a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high with two narrow and two wide bays. Number 26A has a 20th-century door on the left side, and sash windows with 12 panes on the ground floor and 9 panes on the first. Number 27 has a 20th-century door with a margined overlight in an architrave, topped with a bracketed cornice hood. It also has 16-pane sash windows with stone sills. A flagpole is attached to the first floor centre of the building. Other details include swept eaves and a rebuilt stack. The building is included on the list for its group value.
