Description

The Adult Education Centre is a house from the early to mid-19th century that has undergone some alterations. It features incised stucco on a plinth and has a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. The building is three storeys high and has two wide bays. There is an off-centre, renewed six-panel door set within an architrave. Full-height, early 20th-century square bays flank the door, each with tripartite front sashes and single side windows. The roof is low-pitched, with truncated end stacks and coping with a kneeler on the right. The building is included for its group value.
