Description

No. 31 Old Elvet is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features incised stucco with a plinth and a Welsh slate roof with a brick chimney. The building has three storeys and two wide bays. An off-centre six-panel door with a patterned overlight is set within a doorcase that has incised pilasters and a bracketed cornice hood. The original sash windows have been replaced. The roof is low-pitched with a chimney located behind the ridge. This property is included for its group value.
