Description

This is an Italianate style building, likely dating from the mid-19th century. It is three storeys high and constructed of brick with pale stone dressings. The building has eight windows at the second floor level, with the outer bays emphasised by quoins. The second-floor windows have architraves topped with cornices, and horned sash glazing. The first floor features a variety of window styles from left to right: a window with a segmental pediment, a tripartite window with a central pediment, two central bays with windows each having a segmental pediment, another tripartite window with a central pediment, and finally a window with a segmental pediment. The ground floor’s outer bays are distinguished by doorways with pediments above elliptical openings containing half-glazed doors.
