Description

This is a cylindrical cast-iron post box located outside the Westgate Hotel. It features a standard design with a fluted rim and a shallow domed cap. The door displays a crown and the monogram "GVIR". There is a foundry inscription on the plinth that reads "McDowell, Steven & Co Ltd, London & Falkirk".
