Description

174 Commercial Street is a three-storey building with a modern attic and three windows. It is constructed from Pennant stone with Bathstone dressings. The ground floor features a modern shopfront. On the first and second floors, there are two-storey oriel windows made of Bathstone, with a cornice that extends over the recesses between the oriels, supported by arches. The oriel windows have sash glazing, and there are paired sashes in the three attic windows.
