Description

147 Mostyn Street is a three-storey building with an attic, featuring a front elevation that is finished in pebbledash render. The roof is covered with slate and includes a modern dormer. On the second floor, there are three segmental-headed four-pane sash windows. The first floor has a round-headed sash window on the right and a three-light canted oriel bay window on the left. The ground floor features a plate glass shop front and a house doorway with a modern door to the right. The building includes a verandah that has one bay supported by plain circular cast-iron columns with ornate capitals, and the spandrels are decorated with flower motifs.
