Description

149 Mostyn Street is a three-storey building with an attic, featuring a front elevation that includes three windows. The roof is slate, and the exterior is clad in stucco with an eaves cornice. On the second floor, there are segmental-headed sash windows with modern glazing. The first floor has round-headed windows that are adorned with architraves and cornices, also fitted with modern glazing. The ground floor has a modern plate glass restaurant front and a modern house doorway located to the right. A cast-iron veranda, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, features two bays with partly fluted columns and spandrils.
