Description

118 Mostyn Street is a four-storey house with three windows, featuring roughcast render and a slate roof. The third floor has three horned sash windows without glazing bars, set at the eaves and framed by moulded surrounds. The second floor also has three similar windows, which include a cornice at the original eaves level. On the first floor, there is a taller central window above the central ground floor doorway, while the outer bays are adorned with two-storey splayed bay windows that contain horned sash windows.
