Description
120 Mostyn Street is a three-storey house with three windows, built in stucco and topped with a hipped slate roof that has a modern dormer on the left side. The second floor features a horned sash window set within shallow lugged architraves. On the first floor, to the left, there is a four-pane sash window in a similar architrave, while to the right, there is a two-storey splayed bay window with horned sash glazing on both the first and ground floors. The ground floor has a glazed door in an altered doorway, accompanied by a rectangular overlight.
