128 Mostyn Street is a two-storey house with a basement, built in stucco and featuring a parapet and a slate roof. The first floor has two 12-pane sash windows. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a splayed bay window with small-pane sash glazing, while a casement window has replaced the sash window below at the basement level.
