130 Mostyn Street

130 Mostyn Street is a building with a three-bay elevation and a rounded corner at the northern end, featuring a narrower elevation on Tudno Street. It has a slate roof and is clad in pebbledash. The eaves cornice includes a blocking course. On the first floor facing Mostyn Street, there are three modern windows designed to imitate 12-pane sashes, set within painted shouldered architraves.

On the ground floor, starting from the southern end, the third bay features an oriel bay window with sash lights that include glazing bars. In the fourth bay, a flight of steps leads up to a flat-headed doorway with a stuccoed architrave and consoles, topped by a modern pediment, a plain rectangular fanlight, and a half-glazed modern door. To the right, part of a 19th-century shop front extends around the corner, which includes a transomed shop window with five lights. On the corner, there is a two-leaf panelled door with a rectangular fanlight leading to the shop.

In Tudno Street, there is a 19th-century shop window with five transomed lights, although the cornice has been removed. To the right of this shop window, there is a round-headed doorway with a painted rusticated surround and a fanlight, but the door is blocked. Additionally, there is a modern window that imitates a sash window with a painted stuccoed architrave. On the first floor in Tudno Street, there are three modern windows that mimic sash windows with glazing bars and shouldered painted architraves, along with one similar window in the corner bay.
