Description
10 Church Walks is a three-storey building featuring slate roofs and pebble dash render. It is a corner building with a hipped roof. The elevation facing Church Walks consists of two bays, with a rendered eaves band and a string course at the cill levels of the second and first floors. The sash windows on the second and first floors are three panes wide, while the ground floor has a plate glass shop front that curves inwards towards a corner doorway. The corner bay has blind openings on both the second and first floors, along with a doorway to the shop on the ground floor. The elevation facing Mostyn Street also has two bays with sash windows that are three panes wide on both the second and first floors, and a plate glass shop front on the ground floor that curves in towards the corner doorway. Additionally, there is a plain verandah at the ground floor elevation supported by wooden posts and iron spandrils.
