Description

Nos 74 (Burleigh House) and 74A Church Walks in Llandudno is a building from the 19th century featuring a front elevation of three storeys and four windows. The structure has a parapet, and the windows are set in reveals with sash glazing that does not include glazing bars. On the second and first floors, there are two sash windows. The ground floor, in the two westernmost bays, has a modern shop front designed in a Georgian style, which includes two bow-fronted shop windows with small panes. This building is part of a group that includes Burleigh House.
