Description
Burleigh House, located at 74 Church Walks in Llandudno, is a three-storey building with a front elevation featuring four windows and a parapet. The windows are set in reveals and have sash glazing without glazing bars.
On the second floor, there are two sash windows. The first floor has a sash window on the left, while at the right end of the second floor, there is a two-storey canted three-light bay window with fluted Doric pilasters at the corners, also featuring sash lights without glazing bars. In the third bay from the west, there is a doorway to No 74, which is flanked by pilasters and topped with an entablature that has a dentil cornice. This doorway has a modern door and a plain rectangular fanlight above it.
The property is complemented by a dwarf stone forecourt wall with painted ashlar coping and two gate piers.
