Description

122 Mostyn Street is a three-storey house with three windows, built in stucco and topped with a slate roof. The second floor features three 12-pane sash windows, each set beneath square hoodmoulds. On the first floor, to the left, there is a 12-pane sash window with a similar architrave, while to the right, there is a two-storey splayed bay window with horned sash glazing, which lacks glazing bars on both the first and ground floors. The ground floor has a doorway to the left, which is situated under a modern Ionic porch.
