Description

139 Mostyn Street is a three-storey and attic building, likely dating from the late 19th century. It has a slate gabled roof and is faced with pebbledash cladding. Two box dormers project from the roof. A moulded eave cornice runs around the top of the building. The second floor has two windows with simple, painted architraves, now fitted with modern glazing. Two canted bay windows with sash windows are on the first floor. A modern restaurant occupies the ground floor front, and to the right-hand side is a round-headed doorway with rusticated detailing, a three-panelled door, and a plain fanlight. A cast-iron verandah, consisting of three bays with columns and spandrils, extends across the front of the ground floor.
