Description
22 North Parade is a three-storey house featuring pebbledash render and slate roofs. The building has two bays. On the left, there is a bay with a shaped gable, which includes a modern window on the second floor. The first and ground floors have a square bay window with two sash lights facing the road, along with narrow lights on the sides. On the right, there is a set-forward block with quoins at the angles and a hipped slate roof. This section has a modern window on the top floor and a canted bay window with sash glazing on the first and ground floors. To the right, there is a single-storey gabled porch that is set back. The property features a forecourt wall with 19th-century iron railings, stone gatepiers, and a wrought-iron gate.
