Description

8 Vaughan Street is a three-storey building with an attic, featuring a front elevation in pebble-dash render and a slate roof. The attic has two two-light windows with round-headed sash glazing. On the second floor, there are two three-light sash windows. The first floor includes two canted three-light bay windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front and a verandah.
