Description
5 Vaughan Street is a building designed in the Free Renaissance style, featuring three storeys and an attic with two bays. The front elevation is rendered, showcasing a large gable above the eaves level, which includes two sash windows. The second and first floors each have two three-light storeyed canted bay windows. On the ground floor, there are two plate glass shop fronts and a two-bay cast-iron veranda dating from the late 19th century to early 20th century, which continues from the veranda of No 2. The veranda is supported by columns with capitals and has a modern corrugated roof.
