Description

9 Vaughan Street is a building of group value, dating to the Free Renaissance style, and has since undergone alterations. It is three storeys high with an attic. The building has two bays and a rendered front elevation. A wide, pedimented gable is visible to the attic storey, containing two sash windows. On the second floor are two three-light bay windows that extend down to the first floor, with sash glazing. The ground floor has a modern shop front, and a three-bay cast-iron verandah is present.
