Description

Beach House is a former house that has been converted into a hotel. It is a four-storey building with a two-window front, featuring a rendered exterior and decorative band courses. The building is topped with a cornice and has a shallow pediment above each bay. The sash windows, which date from the later 19th century, have small-pane upper lights. The top floor has square windows, and to the right, there is a three-storey splayed bay window. On the ground floor, there is a doorway that has a modern door.
