Description

80 and 81 Church Walks in Llandudno are a pair of three-storey houses with a basement, forming part of a terrace. The front elevation features four bays, with the two central bays projecting. Above these bays is a crowning cornice with a pediment, which has been altered. The windows are sash types without glazing bars, and the top floor lacks architraves, while the inner first-floor windows have moulded architraves. Each end of the first floor has a canted and storeyed bay window with sash lights that descend to the basement. The ground floor is rusticated, and the inner ground floor bays have flights of steps leading up to round-headed doorways with archivolts on brackets and plain fanlights. The top floor has casement windows that imitate sashes, with a bay window on the left and a doorway on the right. This building is part of a group with historical significance.
