Description
This is a cylindrical cast-iron post box of standard design. It features a fluted rim on a shallow domed cap. The door displays a crown and the monogram 'G VI R'. There is an inscription on the plinth at the rear that reads, "Lion Foundry Co Ltd, Kirkintilloch".
