10 Broad Street

10 Broad Street is a three-storey building with a slate roof and a yellow brick chimney on the right. The structure is partially timber-framed, with the front featuring painted smooth render that has scribed lines to imitate ashlar. The rear of the building consists of rubble stone on the ground and first floors, while the second floor is made of red brick, which is a later extension.

The front has eight windows arranged in two groups of four. The roof is low pitched with deeply overhanging boarded eaves. Most windows are small pane hornless sashes, although there have been some changes. The windows are set very shallow, with the second-floor windows located under the eaves, featuring nine panes each (the second and sixth windows from the left are blocked). The first-floor windows are taller and have twelve panes, but the second and third windows from the left have modern glazing. The ground floor includes shopfronts dating from around 1900 and the mid-20th century.

The eastern gable end is rendered, while the western gable has some slate hanging. The rear of the building has modern additions on the ground floor.
