Description

This is a two-storey Italianate commercial building, featuring four windows. It is constructed of yellow brick with extensive grey freestone dressings. The first floor has an entablature supported by Corinthian pilasters, round-arched windows with keystones, sash glazing, and balustrades below the end windows. The ground floor is articulated by Roman Doric pilasters, with round-arched doorways at each end that have double-leaf panelled doors, and camber-headed windows in the center.

Inside, there is a good 19th-century staircase leading to the left entrance hall. Some ground floor rooms still have their original cornices and panelled doors.
