Description
69 Lower Dock Street is a two-storey building with a three-window front. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a band course between the floors. On the first floor, there is a central sash window with marginal bars, flanked by two 3-light windows, each with sash glazing. The ground floor has a central Doric doorcase with a panelled door, and the flanking windows match those on the first floor. The building returns to Powell's Place, where there are two windows with sash glazing and marginal bars. To the right, there is a lower three-window block with similar windows, and a doorway in the first bay that has a semi-circular overlight and a three-panelled door.
